How do the sizes run for Pedilicious products?

Please refer to our size chart below. All sizes are in U.S. women’s shoe sizes.

Shipping

Which states do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states in the United States. Transit times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected (Standard, Ground, or USPS Priority Mail).

How long will delivery take?

Standard shipping within the United States and U.S. territories typically takes 8–14 business days.

How long is order processing time?

Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping will begin once processing is complete.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may return your online purchase within 30 days of the purchase date if it meets the following requirements:

• Returned with original hang tags

• Product is unworn with no visible signs of wear or damage

• Return Authorization Number (RMA#) is clearly marked on the box

We will issue a full refund for the product cost as listed on your packing slip. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, please follow our return process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the product you would like.

Damaged Items

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@pediliciousfootwear.com.

Please note: This does not cover normal wear and tear, issues due to improper fit, alterations, or misuse of your Pedilicious product.
